Loma Rio Water Users Association manages the irrigation water for 61 residential units located on the Redlands Mesa. The irrigation distribution system is 47+ years old and is administered by volunteer board members. The irrigation water originates from the Gunnison River and is provided by the Redlands Water and Power Company. Water is delivered to the association by Redlands Village Acres.
